As we continue to expand, we are looking for an exceptional, talented Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team.

The Role
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with our enterprise-level customers, refining the enterprise customer journey, including onboarding, enablement, and support as we continue to scale and grow this vertical of the organization.

This role is responsible for sharing industry expertise and demonstrating how Property Meld improves efficiency and oversight through video conferencing and other techniques. You will work closely with Property Meld’s Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful enterprise customer outcomes.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager has a major impact on the success and experience of our enterprise customers, who are a key component in the strategy to continue to scale Property Meld. This is a highly demanding role, for an experienced individual who has strong leadership, priority management, project management, and interpersonal skills.

This role requires extensive B2B SaaS account management experience, with familiarity working with c-suite or VP level relationships. We are looking for an individual who has proactively built and identified opportunity signals in order to generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)

While there are aspects of maintaining and nurturing an assigned portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, this role is so much more than that. This position is responsible for bringing Property Meld’s personality and obsession to solve the problem to every customer and user.

You are familiar with facilitating legal customer contracts for varying project-specific work. You are consistent in your delivery methodologies, and you own the resolution of operational or service-related customer issues.

You will communicate effectively across multiple departments within Property Meld, as well as key stakeholders within our customer base.

You are familiar with monthly goals and metrics and have a proven track record of excelling (you may have been labeled an overachiever in the past). You understand and own your assigned customer base. Overall, you love learning and the application of knowledge.

You are someone who is able to operate independently, and as part of a team. We value people who stand for their values and challenge themselves and their team members to produce the highest results.

You have 5-8 years of successful account management experience, with an ability to develop executive level CxO relationships. You have led strategic initiatives with marquee customers, displaying excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

You are committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic throughout your workflows. But most importantly you bring a unique perspective and personality to the table. A successful Enterprise Customer Success Manager is an agile and fast learner that implements feedback quickly, has strong communication skills, and a determination to be successful.

Here’s What You Can Earn
The starting salary for this position is on- target earnings of $100,000-$185,000 annually with a combination of base + metrics driven bonus structure.
