Well, we are changing the game on resident experience and improving efficiencies and oversight for Property Managers and Vendors. We have made a significant impact in the past seven years on both the industry and the tech start-up space, proven by our year-over-year growth. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an exceptional, talented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
This Is What You Will Do
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will help us reach and begin educating prospects to showcase the benefits of our software as a service. You are a master multi-tasker with a positive solution-based attitude. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are versatile and like to do a little bit of everything across the spectrum of both traditional and digital marketing activities. You will be someone who takes ownership of projects and is hungry to learn more. You will be fearless in throwing your ideas out with a balance of humility and grace. You will be able to admit you may not be the smartest person in the room, but you will work and partner with brilliant minds and experienced marketing professionals to drive marketing efforts throughout our customer journey. You will share industry expertise and create campaigns and projects that continue to educate how Property Meld improves efficiency in property management maintenance. While there are aspects of maintaining and nurturing our inbound marketing funnel through marketing campaigns, digital and social media campaigns and crafting of marketing copy that is very important, this role is so much more than that. This position is responsible for bringing Property Meld’s personality and obsession to solve the problem to every prospect. A day in the life of this role will include writing content, managing marketing automation, working on PPC, and SEM ads, updating social media and collaborating on strategy.

Here’s What You Can Earn
The starting salary for this position is on-target earnings of $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually with a combination of base + bonus structure.
