We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and outcome-focused environment. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can influence customer behavior, leverage analytics to drive business results and ensure customers maximize the value of our platform.
This is an in-office role at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota.

✔️ Manage a Book of Business Representing ~$2M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) – executing strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. ✔️ Increase Product Utilization – Ensure customers adopt best practices, maximize efficiency, and drive measurable ROI. ✔️ Guide Customers to Operational Maturity – Move them from implementation to optimization by influencing decision-making, workflows, and internal processes. ✔️ Proactively Identify Risks & Opportunities – Use data insights to anticipate challenges, address churn risks, and create upsell opportunities. ✔️ Navigate High-Stakes Conversations – Confidently challenge assumptions, influence executive-level stakeholders, and drive action. ✔️ Improve Customer Performance – Ensure customers aren’t just using Property Meld—they’re winning with it.
Who You Are & What You Bring
🔹 Strategic & Data-Driven
You make decisions based on data, trends, and measurable impact.
You use metrics to influence customer adoption and revenue expansion.
🔹 Proven Experience Driving Business Outcomes
4+ years of experience in customer success, revenue operations, or strategic consulting.
Managed a book of business of at least $2M ARR, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
Track record of executing strategies that reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
🔹 High-Level Influence & Persuasion
You own the narrative—guiding customers through ambiguity and influencing them to take action.
You can present data-backed insights, handle objections, and drive alignment at the executive level.
🔹 Ability to Execute in a Fast-Paced, Scaling Environment
You thrive in high-growth, high-accountability settings with shifting priorities.
You can pivot quickly, adapt strategies, and push through obstacles.
🔹 Sales & Growth Mindset
You identify opportunities for upsells, expansions, and contract renewals.
You understand how customer retention ties directly to business revenue and work proactively to influence it.

On-target earnings of $85,000-$118,000 annually (base + bonus structure).
