What You'd Be Doing

This role will champion the overall daily activities of the office as well as help to support our different teams of sales and customer success professionals. More specifically, the role will:

  • Overseeing and optimizing daily office operations and procedures.
  • Managing vendor relationships to ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Handling light accounting duties and participating in the customer billing cycle, including audits.
  • Generating insightful monthly reports on business metrics.
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for staff engagements offsite.
  • Procuring and managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Planning and orchestrating company meetings, events, and cultural initiatives.
  • Leading onboarding efforts to seamlessly integrate new hires into our culture.
  • Directing facilities management to maintain an optimal work environment.
  • Ordering office supplies or equipment and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Be the go-to utility player.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or other equivalent position.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and office management software.

Here’s What You Can Earn

The starting salary for this position is on-target earnings of $42,000-$48,000 annually.
