We're searching for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team in Rapid City, SD. If you're eager to make a meaningful impact in the property management industry and excel in customer relationship management, we're looking for you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Discovery/Recognize/Risk Opportunity: Effectively identify and assess customer needs, risks, and opportunities to maximize engagement and success.

Closing Commitment: Excel in securing customer commitments, ensuring they are fully engaged with our solutions.

MAPS/Turnaround: Skillfully develop and implement Mutually Agreeable Points (MAPS) for successful customer turnarounds, ensuring alignment and satisfaction for both parties.

Problem Solving: Demonstrate expertise in resolving customer issues with innovative and efficient solutions.

Follow-Up: Consistently provide effective follow-up, ensuring customer needs and commitments are met with excellence.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing others.
  • High commitment to integrity and maintaining high standards in all work aspects.

  • At least 4+ years in relevant roles.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in Rapid City, SD.

Here’s What You Can Earn

The starting salary for this position is on-target earnings of $75,000-$107,000 annually with a combination of base + bonus structure.
