The Impact of the Job and Work
The Role and Impact
At its core, the Customer Support Specialist’s role is to provide world-class technical support to ensure our customers' experience in the Property Meld platform is an exceptional one. By working closely with Account Managers and the Software Project teams, the Customer Support Specialist will communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers through our ticketing system, live chat, and scheduled phone calls. This Customer Support Specialist opportunity is for someone who has a high attention to detail, technical understanding and enjoys providing a thorough problem-solving experience. This role is for the right candidate who enjoys multidimensional communication and enjoys assisting in triaging and supporting complex challenges and can outline these findings to our software engineers as needed. A successful Customer Support Specialist is an agile and quick learner, that acts with humility and implements feedback quickly. Additionally, Property Meld’s Customer Support Specialists will be comfortable communicating areas of improvement on all levels for the overall improvement of a positive maintenance experience.
